1. Preparation stage
(1) On site investigation. Before construction, it is necessary to conduct an investigation of the surrounding area and related conditions of the line, including natural environment, terrain, geology, topography, village distribution, and transportation roads along the line. Based on the survey situation, prepare a construction schedule and reasonably arrange construction forces.
(2) Material preparation and processing. Order or commission the equipment, materials, or processed products used in the project in advance, and formulate a material supply plan.
(3) Line retesting. To prevent the deviation or loss of the pile positions nailed on site during the design of the line from affecting construction, a retest verification and pile supplementation should be conducted on the pile positions of the entire line according to the drawings before construction.
(4) Pole transportation. Transport the electric pole to the pile location according to the design and construction drawings.
2. Construction and installation stage
(1) Foundation construction. According to the foundation type in the construction drawing, corresponding construction methods are adopted, mainly for the installation and positioning of the chassis and cable tray for the pole foundation (the chuck is installed after the pole is erected).
(2) Pole assembly. According to the structure and construction conditions of the electric pole, appropriate assembly and erection methods shall be adopted to complete the installation and fixation of the electric pole in place, upright, and stay wire.
(3) Wire installation. After laying the wire along the line, tighten it according to the requirements of the sag table, and then connect and fix it with the insulator to connect the line.
(4) Installation of grounding devices. Bury a grounding electrode at the pole position where grounding devices are required, connect the lead wire, and measure its grounding resistance value.
3. Construction acceptance and handover stage
After the completion of the line construction, the engineering quality should be inspected and accepted to meet the specified standards. The construction unit also needs to hand over the relevant engineering records, completion drawings, and other materials to the operating unit. After the line passes the trial operation and is officially powered on, it marks the completion of the line construction and installation task.
